Pricing: Apartments and pricing may vary, up to $50 more monthly depending on each apartments individual amenities.  One or more apartments are available at the pricing showing.  Please speak with Leasing Consultant for details.

 

Deposits: The standard security deposit is equal to 1 months rent. However may be up to 2 months rent based on our third party background screening results of your application.

Utilities: Utilities are included up to a $75 cap, Any excess charges over $75 in utilities will be back charged to Tenant.

 

Companion Animals: The standard companion animal deposit is $125 per animal, there is also an added $25 per animal rent. You may have up to a maximum of 2 companion animals per apartment. Please rescue, don't shop.
